Ether's, operating under the trade name byCaliber ("we", "our"), collects, uses, stores and protects the personal data of users visiting or interacting with bycaliber.work (the "Site").

When you book an appointment via Cal.com or contact us by email:

  1. Identity: first and last name
  2. Contact: email address, phone number (if provided)
  3. Professional information: current role, sector, CV, career situation, negotiation, repositioning or onboarding context (if shared during the framing call)

2.2. Use of data

  1. Deliver the framing call and the coaching engagement
  2. Contact you to follow up on your case
  3. Issue quotes and invoices
  4. Comply with our legal and accounting obligations

2.3. Automatically collected data

We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not set cookies and does not collect personal data. It only collects aggregated and anonymous data (page views, traffic sources, country-level location).

3. Cookies

The Site does not use tracking or marketing cookies. Strictly necessary cookies (session management, security) may be used for the basic operation of the Site.

4. Third-party services

We share data with the following providers, strictly for the purposes described:

5. Confidentiality of the client case

Given the sensitive nature of the information exchanged (professional situation, exit project, salary negotiation, repositioning, onboarding), all client case data is handled with reinforced confidentiality. No nominative content is shared without explicit written consent.

6. International data transfers

Some of our providers (Cloudflare, Cal.com) are based in the United States. When your data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we ensure adequate safeguards are in place, including the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Data retention

  1. Contact data: kept for the duration of the commercial relationship, then deleted on request.
  2. Billing data: kept for the legally required duration (10 years in France for accounting obligations).
