Framing

30 minutes. We clarify the situation, the constraints, the actual goal: negotiation, pivot, exit, or repositioning. We decide together if byCaliber is the right answer. Free of charge.

Coaching engagement

13 hours of coaching scheduled by mutual agreement, in person or by video. CV, interview simulations, professional positioning, job search strategy. The engagement runs until your probation period is validated, or until the 13 hour cap is reached, whichever comes first. €1,800 incl. tax, paid in full by bank transfer.

Onboarding

You start the new role with a working playbook. First 90 days preparation, watchpoints, internal political mapping. Support continues until your probation period is officially validated.
